We are a welcoming place where individuals seeking mental health support can connect with compassionate providers who understand their experiences, values, and cultural background. Built by Ukrainians, for Ukrainians. 

Life brings many transitions. Some are joyful and affirming. Others are painful, uncertain, or overwhelming. Whether you are navigating personal challenges, family dynamics, career changes, or major life events, you do not have to do it alone. Our community of mental health professionals is here to walk alongside you with care, respect, and understanding.

At the same time, IUMHP is a resource and home for providers. We support Ukrainian and Ukrainian aligned mental health professionals by offering access to high quality, on demand educational resources that help meet licensure requirements and encourage ongoing professional development. We believe that supporting clinicians strengthens the care they are able to provide to others.
